Institute’s Innovation Council (IIC) – TKEC
The institute established Institute Innovation Council in association with MHRD Government of India. The primary aim of Institute Innovation Council is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students by supporting them to work with new ideas while they are in formative years. The IIC carries out a number of activities to promote innovation within the institution. These activities include facilitating research projects and programs, incubating startups, mentoring entrepreneurs, filing Intellectual Property Rights, conducting workshops and seminars, and developing policies and guidelines to support innovation. The IIC also works with external partners to develop collaborative initiatives and build a network of innovators.

Start-up supporting Mechanism in HEIs.
Prepare institute for Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements Framework.
Establish Function Ecosystem for Scouting Ideas and Pre-incubation of Ideas.
Develop better Cognitive Ability for Technology Students.

Share the experience of employees in their entrepreneurial careers with students.
Provide motivation for students to share their own ideas.
Encourage students to put their thoughts about entrepreneurship into action.
